 Pine Stand Coffee Co sets itself apart in its mission. Our mission is to create a safe environment to promote mental health in the active duty and veteran community. We use our delicious coffee as a tool to do this. And yes, this includes spouses. We only employ veterans or spouses. We have graduated three different veteran entrepreneurs through the Skillbridge program. 

Pine Stand was founded by Nick, a Veteran / military spouse and later the ownership team was rounded out with Tina and Kayla, each military spouses and the best moms I know!

Our coffee is roasted locally from the Java Estate company. Our coffee is roasted locally from the Java Estate company. Each bean was specifically chosen for what it's meant to be. Meaning, our cold brew beans are different from our espresso beans, and those are each different from our drip coffee beans. And throughout the year we welcome samples from roasters from all over the country to ensure we continue to offer the very best tasting beans we can... Java has not been overthrown yet.

Local Matters

We work only with local bakers. No microwaved stuff here! Right now we are selling Macrons made fresh weekly from a military spouse with her own small business. We also have teamed up with Baby Cakes, another local baker, to offer fat slabs of zucchini bread. It is dangerous though, I promise you'll want to buy a few slices.

the songs!

The songs! We encourage each barista to choose the music they work to the best. You will hear everything from club music, to country, to classic country.
When our three partners put our heads together , the top three songs have to be
1. I wanna dance with Somebody, Whitney Houston,
2. No Scrubs, TLC. and
3. Feeling Good, Dirty Heads.
